Regional Finance Manager

The Regional Finance Manager partners with Operations Teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting that drive strategic planning and performance optimization. This role involves training and mentoring operations managers, ensuring compliance with financial controls, and supporting client and business initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred or coursework toward MBA. Minimum 4 years of accounting/finance experience with progressive analytical responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel, spreadsheets, and database software. Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
