Regional Financial Controller

Job Title: Regional Controller ( West Coast ) Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Accounting Leader to grow as they expand and acquire. This Controller role is designed for an experienced individual to manage general accounting operations, controlling and verifying financial transactions for partners within the West Coast region. In our fast-paced environment, there is ample opportunity to grow and develop. This role demands a high level of initiative and frequently requires discretion and independent judgment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end transactional accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP • Lead accounting operations, including month-end close, inventory accounting, and cash-to-GAAP conversion • Implement and enforce accounting policies • Manage consolidations at the holding company level • Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, from executives to operational staff Qualifications: • 6+ years of accounting experience, with a mix of public and private backgrounds preferred • Hands-on accounting experience in a privately held environment is essential • CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) • 15 days of PTO Location: Fully remote, with significant travel required.
