What you will do: The Regional Head of Markets is a senior leader responsible for leading the growth activities, resources and teams necessary for the implementation of the region’s growth priorities and strategies. The role ensures alignment and integration with direct and indirect channels , organizations, Government, revenue generating account based marketing campaigns, communications, managing partnerships, agreements and deals with the global executive council members, key accounts and other regional stakeholders. What You’ll Bring to the Role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred. • 7-10 years of sales management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels. • Experience managing sales teams required • Government Sales/Contract Management Background preferred • Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups. • Track record of the successful channel, B2B, management and business plan development, including integration of market planning across diverse areas. • Experience in developing partnerships and agreements that serve the business. • Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment in assessing multiple competing opportunities. • Knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing tools and techniques with the ability to present and apply them in an association environment and externally on senior management and top executive level. • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with the ability to lead, retain, and progress staff • Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment. • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in the business language- English · What you can expect from us We value and nurture an environment of inclusivity and diversity, and a culture of communication and collaboration.
