About the Role

The Regional Vice President of Development will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Full-Service brands on the East Coast. This will involve:

• Understanding the hotel industry and franchise development process
• Analyzing and evaluating hotel markets to determine potential growth opportunities
• Developing relationships with owners, operators, and franchisees
• Representing Hyatt at key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 5+ years of hotel franchise sales and development experience
• Established relationships with owners, operators, consultants, and management companies
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals and driving business results
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
