Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Registered Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling key financial functions, from company formations and annual accounts preparation to liaising with UK financial authorities and managing client accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Company Formations: Oversee and execute company formation processes, including company registration with Companies House, preparation of necessary documents, and guidance through legal setup. • Annual Accounts... Preparation: Prepare and present accurate and compliant financial statements and annual accounts, ensuring adherence to UK financial regulations and deadlines. • Company Restructuring and Renovations: Assist clients with company restructuring, reorganisations, and other corporate changes, managing the financial and regulatory aspects of these transitions smoothly. • Compliance and Registration Tasks: Handle registration tasks, manage updates to company details with regulatory bodies, and ensure compliance with Companies House and HMRC requirements. • Liaison with Financial Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact for HMRC and other financial authorities, responding to inquiries and ensuring compliance across all areas of financial reporting and taxation. • Client Account Management: Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns, tax planning, and financial analysis for clients, providing accurate financial insights and proactive advice. Requirements: • Registered Accountant with ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or other recognised UK accounting qualification. • Solid experience in corporate accounting and company formations in the UK. • Deep knowledge of UK tax law, HMRC regulations, and financial reporting requirements. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise financial reporting and compliance. • Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships effectively and liaise with financial authorities. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Inform Direct, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage ) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to manage multiple client needs and deadlines with professionalism and efficiency.
