A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Associate - Hardware to ensure the safety, quality, and global compliance of Food Safety instrumentation products.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and communicate updates to safety standards and test regulations for hardgoods and instrumentation products
• Provide regulatory compliance assessments for new products and modifications, ensuring adherence to safety and performance requirements
• Collaborate with manufacturers and testing laboratories to manage product development activities and ongoing modifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or quality, preferably with hardgoods or technical products
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to product certifications (e.g., UL, CSA, IEC, REACH, RoHS)
• Solid organizational and project management skills, including budget management and deadline tracking
• Experience in reviewing and editing technical documentation for regulatory alignment
