They are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive sales growth in the JAPAC region, managing the complete sales cycle and collaborating with product teams to deliver effective marketing technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close
- Sell into mid-market and enterprise brands across JAPAC
- Generate pipeline and close new business
- Own outbound prospecting, account strategy, and relationship building
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to contract signature
- Partner with Product and Measurement Strategy teams during evaluation and implementation stages
- Run structured sales processes using methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Build relationships across the marketing ecosystem
- Identify opportunities, create momentum, and execute without heavy oversight
Skills
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
- Comfortable owning outbound prospecting, account strategy, and relationship building
- Motivated by winning new logos and exceeding targets
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling enterprise marketing technology solutions
- Experience selling to marketing decision-makers (CMO, VP Marketing, Growth, Digital, Analytics, Media) across JAPAC markets
- Existing network within brands is highly valued
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to contract signature
- Partner with Product and Measurement Strategy teams during evaluation and implementation stages
- Run structured sales processes using methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Comfortable working independently and building your own operating rhythm
- Highly organised, process-driven, and disciplined in pipeline management
- Able to identify opportunities, create momentum, and execute without heavy oversight
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Build relationships across the marketing ecosystem
- Willingness to travel within JAPAC as required
- Retail industry experience is a strong advantage
