Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Maker is seeking an Account Executive to shape their sales organization and scale revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a sales strategy, building a team of BDRs, and engaging with new markets to drive sales and negotiate complex deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process to ensure delivery against metrics
- Reach out to brands via personalized outreach through emails, calls, other mediums
- Work with your dedicated BDR to generate and qualify leads through the outbound process
- Work alongside dedicated outbound sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetings
- Create narratives for sales campaigns based on market research, sales engagement metrics
- Engage in new client relationships by developing target customers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level at SMB and Mid-market ecommerce companies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene
- Understand data to create sales forecasts accurately, knowing what to work on and where to leverage support to close business
Skills
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in Martech/Ecommerce field
- Previous Start-up experience
- Working experience using salesforce.com or other CRM and tools like outreach.io
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
