The Account Manager will be responsible for managing established client accounts and developing long-term relationships while ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Managing established client accounts
- Developing and maintaining new long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding client needs
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Identifying opportunities for growth within the account
- Facilitating client onboarding
- Coordinating with the project team to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Skills
- Must live in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
- 2+ years of Cloud sales experience, preferably AWS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client account management and customer service
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently
- Understanding of AI, ML, Data Management, Cloud Migrations, and Application Development
- Problem-solving skills and ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the technology or cloud services industry is a plus
