[Remote] Accounting Associate – Tax & Accounting Firm

They are seeking a versatile Accounting Associate who can handle bookkeeping, tax support, client communication, and administrative tasks while contributing to the firm's growth. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online/Desktop Handle monthly reconciliations, adjusting entries, and clean-ups Support with U.S. tax preparation (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065 – mostly data entry and review) Assist with client communication via email and our CRM (TaxDome) Take on general admin tasks (document tracking, follow-ups, scheduling) Contribute to marketing efforts (emails, social media, outreach) Help design and improve firm workflows and standards Long-term: manage and help grow the Bangladesh accounting team as the firm expands Skills Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Familiarity with U.S. tax forms a plus Benefits Clear growth path to full-time and team management as BD operations expand Work directly with a U.S.-based CPA and gain international experience Be part of building a CPA firm from the ground up with opportunity for major growth.
