Remote- Accounting Associate (US Accounting Exp, Shift 1 pm-10 pm IST)

US Accounting Exp is a MUST. • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies • Enter financial transactions into internal databases • Check spreadsheets for accuracy • Maintain digital and physical financial records • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed • Review and file payroll documents • Create and update expense reports • Prepare bank deposits • properly recognize revenue per GAAP principles • A/R and following with client’s outstanding invoices • A/P Department(s): Accounting Experience : 3 to 6 Years Work Experience Qualification • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures • Familiarity with finance regulations • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks is REQUIRED • Organizational skills • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Other Qualifications • Stay organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once. • High attention to detail when completing client projects. • Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines. • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects. • Administrative skills (basic Microsoft Office skills required). • Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills This offer from "SaaS Talent" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
