Responsibilities
- Process ACH payments and reconcile incoming and outgoing funds
- Prepare daily proof of cash and deposits
- Run month-end reports and assist with statistical reporting
- Monitor and respond to emails in the accounting inbox
- Generate and print checks, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Support other department functions as needed
Skills
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Banking, Retail, or Financial Services
- Education: High school diploma required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Some college accounting courses preferred
