As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value and performance of digital products, partnering closely with stakeholders to define problems and deliver customer-facing features.
Responsibilities
- Define and align outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to clarify problems, set business and UX goals, and establish target KPIs and measurement plans
- Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements (epics/user stories/techno-functional specs), defining success criteria, and managing prioritization across multiple deliverables and cross-team dependencies
- Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery, communicating updates (including executive-ready content), running feature readouts with insights, and iterating based on results
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in a related field)
- 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment
- 5+ years using analytics/optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization
- 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features, including building roadmaps/backlogs and writing/refining user stories
- 3+ years experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform & architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce), data models, commerce out of the box features and capabilities
- 5 years of experience managing SaaS platform capabilities with a focus on stability, performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Experience applying AI and automation within enterprise products, from identifying use cases to defining requirements and measuring outcomes
- Master's degree / MBA
- Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications (and comfort collaborating deeply with engineering)
- Proven ability to influence without authority, communicate clearly, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
