We're seeking a skilled and motivated Agency Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our recruiting team, you'll be responsible for driving success through creative sourcing, strategic recruitment, and exceptional candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage entire recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates Develop and execute innovative strategies to source new clients and candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and events Bring energy and enthusiasm to your work every day, driving results and delivering exceptional outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with our best practices and applicant tracking system (ATS) data Create and optimize job postings to attract top talent Submit candidates, provide essential information to facilitate hiring decisions, and guide candidates through the recruitment process Facilitate offer processes, including salary negotiations and other terms of employment Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume agency recruitment environment Location: Remote in the United States Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools What We Offer: Competitive salary range of $20 - $25 per hour on a 3-month contract Opportunity to convert to a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package Flexible, remote work arrangement Collaborative and dynamic team environment Professional growth and development opportunities Join Our Team and Unlock Your Potential!
