They are seeking Founding Software Engineers to join small, high-impact teams, where you will own core product features, build APIs, and collaborate on architecture and technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Owning core product and platform features from design through production
- Building and integrating APIs, services, and external platforms
- Designing scalable backend systems and data pipelines
- Working with modern AI/ML components and LLM-powered workflows where applicable
- Collaborating closely with founders and product leaders on architecture and technical direction
- Shipping quickly, iterating based on user feedback, and improving system reliability and performance
- Taking responsibility for key technical initiatives that directly impact growth, retention, and customer success
Skills
- Professional software engineering experience (or equivalent internships, research, or open-source work)
- Strong proficiency in modern backend languages and frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, Python)
- Experience building and operating production-grade APIs and distributed systems
- Familiarity with modern data stores and search technologies (SQL/NoSQL, caching layers, vector databases)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and performance, scalability, and reliability concerns
- Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLMs, or data pipelines
- Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and ship high-quality product in a fast-moving startup environment
