We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dedicated Amazon team as a Remote Careers Specialist. As the first point of contact on the journey from the warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient sorting, scanning, and stacking of packages on pallets, preparing customer orders for timely delivery.
In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will have the flexibility to choose from part-time shifts that fit your schedule, with the option to adjust as needed in the future. Our sortation center is a hub of activity, and we are looking for a team player who is comfortable working in a physical role and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort inventory with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare customer orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Utilize technology such as scanners, computers, and handheld printers to streamline processes
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to:
- Lift up to 49 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, with a focus on safety and well-being
- Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items efficiently
- Navigate stairs and work at heights of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
