Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Develop and maintain applications, scripts, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation
- Support data analysis and reporting needs using relevant tools and technologies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and present findings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
