Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Circuit Clinical is on a mission to transform the way people find, choose, and participate in clinical research. They are seeking an Associate Director of Sales Enablement to support key business activities for their life science business development team and client delivery team, collaborating with various departments to enhance sales processes and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own the internal Business Development workflows including daily opportunity triage process
- Support sales teams by providing customer specific content to go to market, including standard RFI/RFPs responses
- Development of proposal documents, budget development and specific customer requests
- Salesforce oversight for data hygiene with BD team and ownership of client portals (ie: SIP)
- Potential to support with new clients and opportunities
- Support with feasibilities and process
- Increase sales by empowering our sales force, including our channel partners, with sales playbooks, pitches, and training
- Drive high quality content creation both for internal and external consumption
- Strive to drive continuous improvement to streamline the processes to support the above
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years in life sciences Industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding of clinical research at a high level, ideally site networks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and IT, including Salesforce
- Comfortable interfacing with clients, as needed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and team oriented
- Entrepreneur-like attitude
