Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zeektek is seeking two developers with a comprehensive skillset in Cloud Infrastructure Management and AWS. The role involves hands-on experience with AWS Connect User Administration, including provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and managing security profiles.
Responsibilities
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management, Security & Compliance, Monitoring & Operations, and Collaboration & Support
• Knowledge of WFM integration, AWS, and Calabrio
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect User Administration
• Provisioning
• Onboarding/offboarding
• Managing security profiles
• Configuring routing profiles (queue alignment, channel configuration)
• Setting up agent hierarchies (team/department structures for reporting and supervisor scope)
