[Remote] Banner Sr. Change Management Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of Ellucian Banner 9.x. The consultant will lead change strategy, stakeholder communications, training, organizational readiness, user adoption, and knowledge transfer to ensure a successful ERP transformation.
