Key Responsibilities • Facilitate a structured, evidence-based 8-week behavioral health program tailored to individual participant needs. • Monitor and document participant progress through detailed session notes and follow-up communications to ensure continuity of care. • Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary care teams, assisting participants in accessing necessary resources and obtaining consent and authorization forms. • Identify and effectively manage high-risk situations involving participants, adhering to established company protocols for safety and crisis intervention. • Engage actively in regular supervisory meetings, monthly team discussions, and organizational Town Halls to enhance professional development and team cohesion. • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines while meeting all annual training requirements. • Receive constructive feedback and recognition for your contributions to foster an environment of growth and professional excellence. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will empower these individuals through the development of actionable life skills and healthy habits, instilling hope for long-term improvement in their mental well-being. Qualifications • Must possess a current valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). • Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable weekly schedule for patient appointments. • A solid background in psychotherapy, with experience in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solutions-focused approaches. • A demonstrated passion for influencing lives positively and contributing to the evolution of behavioral care. • Remote employees must comply with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. • This role adheres to a drug-free workplace policy, requiring candidates to successfully pass a drug screening prior to employment commencement.
