Remote –Bilingual Recruiter (Japanese/English)

aiTWorks is expanding our Human Resource Agent division (HRAIT) with a new office opening in LA. As a bilingual recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building our new branch from the ground up. You’ll connect top bilingual talent with leading companies, manage the full recruitment cycle, and help shape the growth of our expanding Human Resource Agent division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and wants to grow into a leadership role.
