The Supervisor of Billing oversees all billing associates, ensuring department objectives are met for compliant billing, improving revenue, and reducing denials while managing daily workflows and associate performance. Responsibilities Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks for each client Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members Overseeing progress on the floor and monitoring the worked accounts for quality assurance Manage assigned associate's time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing Skills 1 to 3 Years of experience Ability to oversee all Ensemble Health Partners Billing associates Responsible for the performance and effectiveness of the department Monitoring associates time and attendance Monitoring productivity and QA reviews Managing daily assigned workflows Ensuring associate education is provided Completing annual associate evaluations Ensuring department objectives are met to facilitate compliant billing Improving revenue, accelerating cash, and reducing denials Monitoring all associates who support all paper biller and electronic biller functions Ensuring accuracy of claims submissions Working with multiple disciplines including Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials, and Revenue Management departments Empowering staff to develop methods of process improvement Planning and setting priorities Reporting on Key Performance Indicators for the department Managing the daily workflow of the department Monitoring progress to identify trending issues Developing training or processes to address trending issues Holding huddles to cover new or evolving training focuses Overseeing progress on the floor and monitoring worked accounts for quality assurance Managing assigned associate's time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing Excel knowledge is preferred Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred Can require air travel or car travel occasionally for new client integrations Benefits Bonus Incentives Paid Certifications Tuition Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefits Career Advancement Company Overview Ensemble Health Partners is the leading revenue cycle management company for hospitals, health systems and physician practices.
