November 10, 2025 Other Jobs To Apply No other job posts for this day. We are seeking a bookkeeper who can be available during the USA working day for any urgent questions or support. To be clear, this role is not full time and most of the tasks and work can be completed by the deadlines remotely and on your own schedule, but the freelancer should still be available during the USA working day to address any immediate questions or accounting issues. Prerequisites are listed beneath: 1) good command of spoken English 2) uses GAAP 3) familiarity with USA tax code and state by state differences It would be great if you have your CPA degree or equivalent and you will be working alongside other freelancers who assist with remote support to various functions in the business. You will be required to adhere to the existing SOPs but also requested to review them and constantly improve upon them. We use QBO but adaptability to software systems is paramount. Additional responsibilities may be added based on willingness. This is a long-term, ongoing role. As a startup organization your initiative, attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves are all important qualities as we grow. Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week. Mandatory skills: Bookkeeping, qbo, CPA, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs Optional skills: Data Entry, Intuit QuickBooks
