[Remote] Business Analyst / System Analyst – ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infoway Software is seeking a Business Analyst / System Analyst for their ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery team. The role involves implementing and supporting Legal Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform, along with optimizing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) implementation/support in ServiceNow
• Experience with Operations Excellence / Process Optimization initiatives
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, forms, and integrations
• Experience supporting UAT, SIT, and defect management

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) implementation/support in ServiceNow
• Experience with Operations Excellence / Process Optimization initiatives
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
