They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to sell digital marketing services and drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound inquiries. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industry verticals
- Sales & Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored marketing solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from pitching to closing deals. Maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear revenue goals
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, business owners, and marketing heads. Act as a consultant to help clients understand how digital marketing can drive their growth
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Internal Team Management: Work closely with internal teams (account management, design, social, etc.) at Damco to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution
- Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Provide input on pricing models, service offerings, and market positioning
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all Client activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on business performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics to senior management
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency
- Proven ability to sell SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, and related services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, ROI, and how campaigns drive business success
- Experience dealing with both small businesses and larger enterprises
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
