Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RAS is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for the Minnesota/Wisconsin territory. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving profitable growth objectives and expanding the Workers’ Compensation portfolio by developing partnerships and executing business plans.
Responsibilities
- Achieving profitable growth objectives across the Minnesota and Wisconsin territory
- Drive the expansion of the Workers’ Compensation portfolio by developing new agency partnerships
- Strengthening existing relationships
- Building a strong network of professional business contacts
- Develop and execute tactical business plans that support long-term territory strategies and growth goals
Skills
- Five or more years of previous insurance underwriting, marketing/business development, sales, workers' compensation insurance experience, or other related experience required
- Strong influencing, sales and presentation skills
- Proven decision making and analytical skills
- Valid drivers' license required
