They are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into successful sales wins.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, enhancing the company’s sales pipeline
- Create and manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects
- Strategically convert leads into sales meetings, and drive these meetings to result in successful sales wins
- Define and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to orders
- Develop and implement repeatable and scalable processes to support the growth of the sales organization
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry activities globally, and support direct customer meetings as required to drive business growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of proven track record in business development and sales in the technology or electronics industry
- Previous experience in generating sales leads, creating sales opportunities, and converting them into sales wins
- Skilled in developing strategies to enhance pipeline growth and conversion rates
- Experienced in conducting customer meetings, driving business growth through face-to-face interactions and relationship building
- Independent self starter with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Preferred understanding of the semiconductor, component manufacturing and electronic distribution industry
- Understanding of the electronics design ecosystem and previous experience in an EDA (Electronic Design Automation) environment
