CAAS Accounting Supervisor Position Overview The CAAS Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Client Accounting Services (CAAS) team, ensuring high-quality accounting services are delivered to clients. This role involves managing audit processes, supervising staff, and collaborating with clients to meet their accounting needs effectively. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and lead the CAAS team to deliver exceptional accounting and audit services to clients. • Coordinate and manage audit processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. • Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and accounting records for accuracy and completeness. • Provide guidance and support to team members in handling client inquiries and resolving accounting issues. • Develop and implement best practices for client accounting services, including payroll and tribal accounting. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA certification or equivalent preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, with a focus on client accounting services. • Strong knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards. • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
