Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Remote Survey Callers for a mission-driven public opinion research team based in Loudonville, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn weekly pay while working remotely in a role that contributes to meaningful insights and public understanding.
Location: Remote
Pay: $15.50/hour
Shifts Available: Flexible scheduling between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST, with priority given to evening availability (4:00 PM and later)

What You\'ll Do:

• Make outbound calls using a script to conduct public opinion surveys
• Record accurate and unbiased feedback in a web-based system
• Maintain a respectful, professional phone presence
• Follow performance feedback and adhere to calling guidelines
• Represent the voice of the survey sponsor with neutrality and care

What We\'re Looking For:

• Experience in call centers, polling, or market research is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused home environment
• Reliable high-speed internet and headset with microphone
• Resilience and curiosity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
