Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving product or service issues with empathy, accuracy, and urgency
- Documenting customer interactions and updating account information in internal systems
- Following communication scripts and standard procedures while offering personalized solutions
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM systems, call center software, and digital communication tools
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
