Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information and assistance with health insurance options, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Update customer and account information accurately and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Training and Nesting Period
To ensure your success in this role, we provide comprehensive training and a structured nesting period. Here's what you can expect:
- 3 weeks of intensive class training, conducted Monday through Friday.
- 4 weeks of supervised call taking (nesting), where you'll apply your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.
- During the training and nesting period, you'll need to provide your own compatible computer equipment (Windows 10 or MAC OS 10.14 or higher, webcam, and headset).
Work Environment and Culture
