Job Description

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- Keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and tasks.
