Intellectt Inc is seeking a Change Management Lead – Marketing Transformation to drive the people side of change for Global Strategic Marketing transformation initiatives. This role will develop and execute change management strategies that support the successful adoption of new processes and operating models across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities for 10+ marketing transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute change management plans focused on readiness, adoption, and implementation
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to identify affected groups and adoption risks
- Build engagement strategies and recommend actions to improve stakeholder buy-in
- Assess organizational impacts on teams, roles, processes, and expectations
- Create readiness plans to ensure teams and leaders are prepared for change
- Develop leader enablement materials including talking points, FAQs, presentations, and communication toolkits
- Create clear and effective change communications that explain what is changing, why it matters, and expected actions
- Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to monitor readiness, adoption, and stakeholder sentiment
- Analyze feedback and adjust change strategies to address resistance and improve adoption
- Coordinate change activities across multiple GSM initiatives to minimize stakeholder confusion
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, or related roles
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience conducting stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing executive communications, leader toolkits, FAQs, and change messaging
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience supporting Marketing or Commercial transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams
- Experience measuring change adoption and stakeholder engagement
