What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Utilize available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.
