Position Overview:

As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Utilization Management department, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service to our members and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate cases by data entry of clinical information into the Facets system via telephone, fax, or computer
- Electronically route cases to nurses for review and decision, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Communicate with providers and other departments as needed, providing high-level customer service and support
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for problem-solving and achieving key indicator goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical data, demographic, and product information, adhering to departmental policies and procedures
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility, medical office, hospital, or managed care setting
- Experience with medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent telephonic customer service, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a related environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service role
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within a 60-mile commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV
- Ability to maintain a secure and dedicated work area, with a reliable high-speed internet connection
