Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Auria Media is building an AI Creator Casting and Visual Sponsorship Intelligence platform for brands and agencies. They are seeking a high-impact commercial partner to manage growth and partnerships, build relationships, and represent Auria in the creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a revenue pipeline across brands, agencies, creator networks, talent teams, and strategic partners
- Source opportunities through outbound, warm introductions, events, agency relationships, and creator-economy networks
- Lead deal cycles end-to-end: discovery, packaging, proposal, negotiation, close, expansion, and renewals
- Help define our ICP, pricing, outreach, sales playbooks, and partnership strategy
- Position Auria as the intelligence layer that helps brands and agencies choose the right creators before a campaign and verify delivery after the campaign
- Run discovery with brands and agencies around creator fit, campaign goals, sponsorship value, reporting, ROI, and renewal leverage
- Build partnership packages that help agencies win clients, help brands make smarter casting decisions, and help creators prove their sponsorship value
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Auria across the creator marketing, agency, brand partnership, and talent ecosystems
- Attend industry events, build relationships, gather market feedback, and help shape our GTM strategy
- Work closely with the founder on positioning, sales materials, partnerships, pricing, and roadmap priorities
Skills
- 5+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, agency business development, talent partnerships, or related commercial roles
- Experience selling to or working with brands, agencies, creator networks, talent managers, influencers, celebrities, athletes, or sponsorship buyers
- A strong understanding of how creator campaigns are planned, pitched, sold, approved, measured, and renewed
- Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to package value clearly
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast execution, and building from zero to one
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, including brand leads, agency principals, influencer marketing teams, talent managers, and marketing executives
- Direct experience in influencer marketing, creator casting, talent management, branded content, social commerce, or sponsorship measurement
- Existing relationships with agencies, consumer brands, creator managers, influencer platforms, or talent networks
- Experience selling SaaS, AI tools, marketing technology, creator platforms, or analytics/reporting products
- Familiarity with categories where visual identity matters: beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, sportswear, hospitality, entertainment, luxury, or consumer brands
