Responsibilities:
Contact debtors to arrange payment of their outstanding balances
reputed company with reputed company state, federal, and consumer protection laws
Set up payment plans or determine settlements for debtors who are unable to pay in full
Document reputed company communications and actions
Send correspondence to debtors regarding delinquent accounts
Provide daily/weekly updates to management
Skip Trace
Dial reputed company between 150-200 calls per day
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
