- Answer inbound calls promptly and follow intake procedures
- Conduct guided interviews to accurately capture report details
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
- Support special projects and departmental tasks as assigned
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain flexibility for 24/7 operations
Skills
- Strong customer service skills and results orientation
- Emotional resilience in handling sensitive and distressing information
- Availability to work at least one weekend day per week
- Quiet, secure remote workspace with recommended internet speeds of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Ability to multitask while interviewing and recording information accurately
- Experience with MS Office and proprietary software navigation
