Social House, Inc. seeks to engage an experienced independent contractor to provide specialized Paid Media planning, buying, and advisory services, with a primary focus on Search campaigns within the Google Ads ecosystem. The contractor will analyze paid media performance, evaluate conversion metrics, and deliver strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Develop strategic paid search campaign plans aligned with client revenue and performance objectives
• Provide recommendations for improving sales funnel efficiency across digital paid media initiatives
• Configure, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns based on agreed campaign parameters
• Monitor media budgets and provide budget pacing insights and spend allocation recommendations
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through performance analysis and attribution modeling
• Evaluate platform level changes and advise on their impact to campaign structure and outcomes
• Provide best practice guidance for search campaign structure, creative messaging, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
• Analyze campaign performance data and deliver written and verbal insights explaining performance drivers
• Establish paid media key performance indicators in alignment with campaign objectives
• Develop dashboards or reporting frameworks to summarize paid performance results
• Conduct competitive and benchmark analysis within Google Ads and related platforms
• Identify tracking gaps or data inconsistencies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide attribution analysis and cross channel performance insights where applicable
• Recommend automation or technology solutions that enhance reporting efficiency
• Provide subject matter expertise on paid media best practices, platform updates, and emerging tools
• Participate in collaborative strategy discussions when requested
• Document recommendations related to paid media processes, tools, or workflow improvements
Skills
• Minimum of five years of digital paid media experience, including at least five years managing conversion focused Search campaigns with documented ROAS performance
• Agency experience working with large brand accounts and substantial media budgets
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations tied to business outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Discovery, and YouTube
• Working knowledge of paid social advertising platforms and Amazon Advertising
• Experience with website tagging and conversion tracking implementation, including Google Tag Manager
• Experience establishing and analyzing sales funnels within advertising platforms
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and automation tools
• Experience building performance dashboards using reporting tools such as Looker Studio or equivalent platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or comparable systems
• Working knowledge of programmatic display and online video advertising
