The role involves reviewing and editing company contracts, particularly in relation to AI projects, for a Bay Area based technology company.
Responsibilities
• 4+ years of experience drafting and reviewing standard company contracts including NDAs and MSAs
• Experience working at a technology company
• Experience working on AI related projects is strongly preferred
• Outstanding communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
