The role involves collaborating with business partners and human resources to meet the talent acquisition needs of the organization and acting as a subject matter expert in recruiting. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to better understand the business, to obtain detailed job requirements, to understand critical aspects of the position, and develop an effective recruiting strategy for assigned requisitions • Utilize social networking sites, diversity sources, and other job boards to timely bring a diverse and qualified slate of candidates for each position • Screen, recruit, interview, and select the best candidates for specific assigned roles based on position requirements • Serve as a brand ambassador, promote a positive company image to potential candidates • Create and maintain requisitions, sourcing and interview activity, and applicant flow in HR System/Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance and to follow established department procedures Skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Education and/or Experience • 4-6 years of related experience • Strong oral, written communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to speak on behalf of the organization and represent the business • Strong networking skills and ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with all levels of management, external sources, and candidates Company Overview • HireTalent is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) workforce solutions firm, specializing in securing the best talent fits in Executive/Retained Search, Direct Hire Placements, MSP, SOW, and nationwide hiring program management and support.
