Remote CPA 5 - 10 Years Public Accounting Exp Req

We are a rapidly growing CPA firm which is comprised of a team of 30. We value a healthy work-life balance. We are seeking CPA with 5-10 years’ experience. Our CPA team members are the primary point of contact for their assigned corporate clients. Our Accountants are client-facing. Feeling comfortable with one-on-one interactions is a must. Expectations of our CPAs are: At least 5 - 10 years of public accounting experience · Must be a CPA · QuickBooks experience · Business and personal tax preparation experience · Technology proficient · Proficient and comfortable with all aspects of remote communication · Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas and macros a plus) · Must understand financial statements (journal entries, month-end closings, etc.) · Effectively multi-task · Work well under pressure · Two mandatory company retreats per year · 40-hour work week; More time may be required during height of tax season Responsibilities • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial reporting. • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, including pivot tables. • Communicate effectively with clients to address their financial needs and concerns.
