In this role, you'll assist clients in planning their perfect cruise vacations, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-cruise follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through cruise options, destinations, and packages to create tailored vacation experiences
- Assist with bookings, modifications, and cancellations while adhering to vendor and company policies
- Provide detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, and travel requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to post-cruise follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotes, and confirmed bookings
- Stay up to date with cruise industry trends, promotions, and partner offers
- Collaborate with internal team members to enhance overall client satisfaction
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Cruise experience is a plus
