What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our pharmacy services, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Assistance: Virtually assist customers and fellow team members over the phone, via email, and through web-based chat with billing and insurance verification, product inquiries, and service-related questions.
- Call Management: Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate the questions and concerns customers may have before they arise, offering thoughtful solutions that demonstrate foresight and care.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

- At least 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools

- The ability to successfully submit and pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the consideration process
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
