Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls and digital inquiries, delivering accurate information about dental insurance benefits, claims status, and related services.
- Listen actively, ask probing questions, and identify the underlying needs of members, dental offices, and other stakeholders.
- Document each interaction meticulously, capturing contact details, call purpose, and resolution steps in careerzynith’s CRM system.
- Research and resolve complex issues by leveraging multiple internal resources, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear communication.
- Process dental claims, including data entry, request for additional documentation, issuance of refunds, and preparation of quarterly statements.
- Provide guidance on pre‑tax spending accounts such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), as well as other employee benefits like vision coverage and COBRA.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor throughout every interaction, reflecting careerzynith’s brand values.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in a high‑volume customer service environment, preferably within a call‑center setting.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Work Schedule & Training
