About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Review Team, providing exceptional customer service support to beneficiaries and providers via the helpline. You'll be responsible for creating, formatting, and proofreading letters, as well as maintaining timeliness and making decisions regarding complex appeals.
