Key Responsibilities
- Support customers over the phone, identify their problems, and help resolve them
- Assist with inquiries related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems updated
- Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To speak and understand Danish
- To be residing in Denmark (note - you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- A high level of English proficiency
- An interest in technology and not be afraid to take on technical challenges
- To know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
- A dedicated workspace where you can sit undisturbed during work hours and have a stable broadband connection
