Key Responsibilities
- Support customers over the phone, identify their problems, and help resolve them
- Assist with inquiries related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards set targets that will help you develop professionally
Essential Qualifications
- Speak and understand Danish
- Reside in Denmark (note - you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- Have a high level of English proficiency
- Be interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
- Understand what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
- Have a dedicated workspace where you can sit undisturbed during work hours and have a stable broadband connection
