Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- High-level computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience, with knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology
- Call center experience, with understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
